Oakley FC Annual 6-a-side Tournament
The annual Oakley FC 6-a-side tournament for 2012 is due to take place over the weekend of Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th May 2012 at Peter Houseman Sports Ground, Oakley.
Competitions will be run for Boys under 7 to under 16 age groups, Girls Under 12, 14 and 16 and, U18s by invitation only.
There will be a BBQ, tuck shop and tea tent to offer the usual refreshments.
Precise timing of each set of matches is to be finalized. However, Boys in under 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 and Under 12 and 16 Girls will play on Saturday 26th .Boys in the under 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 age groups and Under 14 Girls will play on Sunday 27th. All age groups to be those used in 2011/2012 season.
The cost of entry will be £25 per team of eight players and in view of the popularity of the competition and the limited numbers, early application is recommended.
Detailed registration times will vary throughout each day and these, together with the competition rules, will be issued at a later date.
To help with planning arrangements, your entry of two teams maximum per age group, should be received by 1st May 2012. The first entries received in any age group will be the ones accepted and hence to avoid disappointment it is better to reply as early as possible.
To reserve a place, please email your application form to tournament@oakleyfc.co.uk, and send your payment and application form within a week to Graham Butler, Vice Chairman, Oakley FC, 60 Oakley Lane, Oakley, Basingstoke, Hants RG23 7JX. Once you payment has been received a confirmatory email will be sent. Nearer to the tournament date, a dedicated phone line will be available to call for any questions.
